Ingot runs data ingestion for teams that would rather build on their data than babysit it. Our engineers connect your sources, land them as bronze tables in your warehouse, refine them into clean silver tables, put the free text inside them to work, and keep all of it running.

What we believe

• Running pipelines is a job, not a feature. Buying an ingestion tool doesn’t make the work of running it go away; it moves it onto someone on your payroll. We think that work should come with the service.
• Raw isn’t done. Copying data into a warehouse is the easy half. Typing it, deduplicating it and applying changes correctly is where a pipeline earns its keep, so that’s where Ingot does its work.
• Your data belongs in your warehouse. Ingot writes to the warehouse you already use, under your permissions. If you ever leave, there’s nothing to export: the tables are already yours.
• Gold is yours to define. Business logic belongs with the people who understand the business. Our core service stops at silver, and when we do build gold models, dashboards or machine learning on top, we build them to your definitions.
• Free text is data. Tickets, reviews, notes and documents say more about your customers than most of your columns do. They deserve the same care as the rest of the pipeline.
• Privacy belongs in the pipeline. Personal data should be found and redacted before it spreads into models, prompts and dashboards, not after.
